Terms

Early-access terms

Effective

These terms describe the current guided-rollout service and the responsibilities that come with using it.

Current service

Melusi.app is offered through guided early access. Features and availability may change as the product develops. Account setup, the applicable plan, support, and any invoice or EFT payment are confirmed during onboarding; submitting a public request does not create an account or start billing.

Church and user responsibilities

Each church is responsible for lawful use, accurate records, appropriate notices or permissions, user access decisions, and removing access when it is no longer needed. Users must protect their credentials and must not store unlawful content, expose private pastoral information unnecessarily, or act without church authority.

Availability and connected services

Early-access software may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable while it is maintained. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, AI, storage, and similar capabilities depend on configured external providers and may have separate provider limits or costs. Native mobile apps, automated online checkout, and multi-church account switching are not promised as available features.

Acceptable use and support

Do not misuse public forms, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or upload content you are not authorized to use. Support and rollout expectations are agreed during onboarding. Churches can raise terms or support questions through the contact supplied during onboarding or by replying to prior Melusi correspondence.
