Pilot terms
These terms are basic early access wording and should be reviewed before broad public launch.
Melusi.app is currently offered as pilot/early access software. Features, workflows, and availability may change during the pilot.
Churches are responsible for data accuracy, appropriate consent, user access decisions, and acceptable use of the system.
Do not use Melusi.app to store unlawful content, expose private pastoral information unnecessarily, or process data without appropriate church authority.
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability during pilot. Support and feedback processes are agreed during onboarding.
Public signup, billing automation, WhatsApp/SMS sending, push notifications, native mobile apps, and multi-church switching are not live yet.
One user account belongs to one church organization for now.
