Who is responsible for your information
For visitor, membership, event, and church-workspace records, the church named on the page decides why the information is collected and who may use it. Melusi provides the software used by that church. For walkthrough, early-access, and rollout requests, Melusi uses the submitted details to respond to the request.
What is collected and why
Depending on the form or workspace, information may include contact details, church affiliation, visit or event responses, household and membership details, communication preferences, care information you choose to share, and technical records needed for security and reliable operation. It is used for the purpose shown on the form, church care and administration, support, security, and service operation.
Sharing, retention, and security
Melusi does not sell church or form-submission data. Information may be handled by authorized church users and service providers needed to host, secure, support, or deliver configured communications. Access controls and technical safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security. Information should be kept only as long as needed for its stated purpose, church obligations, security, or dispute handling.
Your choices
You may ask the relevant church to access, correct, restrict, or remove information submitted to its workspace, subject to records it must retain. For a Melusi marketing request, reply to the correspondence associated with that request. For a platform privacy concern, use the support contact supplied to your church during onboarding. Do not include sensitive pastoral or emergency information in that message.
