Melusi.app handles church and people data carefully. Churches remain responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before adding or processing personal information.

Data may be used for church management, visitor care, follow-up, reporting, support, and product operation.

Melusi.app is intended to be POPIA-aware for South African churches. Pilot churches should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information and should escalate any data concern immediately.

Melusi.app does not sell church data.

Public visitor forms collect information for the church that owns the form. Public pages should not expose protected church records, private notes, provider payloads, or internal reports.
